When will my order ship?

  • I try my best to ship orders within one week of the purchase date. During times of high order volume, this may be delayed to up to two weeks.

Can I track the status of my order?

  • Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number using the email you provided at checkout.

Return policy and damaged items

  • Due to the nature of paper product shipping and handling, orders may not be returned. In rare instances of shipments arriving damaged, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email me with your order number as well as clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged product and its packaging, and I will be in touch as soon as I am able.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

  • Unfortunately, at this time, I am only able to ship within the US.
