When will my order ship?
I try my best to ship orders within one week of the purchase date. During times of high order volume, this may be delayed to up to two weeks.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number using the email you provided at checkout.
Return policy and damaged items
Due to the nature of paper product shipping and handling, orders may not be returned. In rare instances of shipments arriving damaged, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email me with your order number as well as clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged product and its packaging, and I will be in touch as soon as I am able.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, at this time, I am only able to ship within the US.
